The consensus rules of UltraNet are hardcoded into the Genesis block and cannot be altered by any entity, including the Sovereign owners, after block height 1,000,000.

Zero-knowledge proofs and Fully Homomorphic Encryption are core protocol invariants. No entity shall have the right to request decryption of the global state trie.

The halving schedule and total supply cap are protected by recursive SNARK audits. Any deviation results in an immediate network stall to prevent inflation corruption.
